Jujutsu Kaisen Animator Clears Up Confusion About Latest Episode

In recent news, a Jujutsu Kaisen animator, Enrico Nobili, caused some confusion with a tweet about the latest episode of season 2. Initially, he said only 30% of what they intended for the episode was shown. This got fans worried about how MAPPA, the studio behind the anime, handles production. However, Nobili later explained why he deleted the tweet and what he really meant.

MAPPA, the studio working on Jujutsu Kaisen, has been getting criticism for not planning things well. This also means the animators have to work in tough conditions, and they can’t talk about it much because of agreements they’ve signed.

Nobili’s tweet on November 17 said he was happy fans liked the episode, but only 30% of what they wanted to show was there. Later, he deleted the tweet, which made fans curious about what was going on.

On November 21, Nobili explained why he deleted the tweet. He said fans got it wrong. The “30%” he mentioned wasn’t about the episode being unfinished. Instead, it meant that only 30% of what the animators had in mind for the episode was there. The episode itself was fully done.

Fans misunderstood, thinking the episode was incomplete. This led to them asking MAPPA to release a finished version. Nobili admitted he shouldn’t have used a number and said fans focused on the wrong part of his tweet.

This situation teaches us that understanding tweets requires looking at the whole picture. Animators face challenges, and sometimes, they can’t share everything because of agreements. It’s important for fans to keep this in mind when they hear about issues in the production process.
