One Piece Movies : Episode of Chopper, Strong World, and Film Z : Now Streaming on Netflix India

Netflix India has expanded its anime film library by adding three iconic titles from the One Piece franchise. The streaming service now features the 2014 special edition of the 2008 anime film “One Piece: Episode of Chopper + Fuyu ni Saku, Kiseki no Sakura,” along with “One Piece: Strong World” and “One Piece Film Z.”

“One Piece: Episode of Chopper – The Miracle Winter Cherry Blossom” is the ninth film in the beloved One Piece anime series, originally premiering in Japan in 2008. The film explores the post-story fate of the characters, with a 2014 special edition including animated footage depicting the epilogue with characters like Dolton and Dr. Kureha.

The 10th film in the franchise, “One Piece: Strong World,” debuted in Japan in December 2009. Notably, Eiichiro Oda, the creator of the original manga, personally oversaw the production of this film. The plot revolves around the Straw Hat pirates as they travel back to East Blue to confront the legendary pirate Shiki, who has kidnapped Nami.

“One Piece Film Z” is the 12th film in the One Piece series, released in Japan in December 2012. Achieving significant success, it became the fastest domestic film to sell one million tickets in 2012. The film’s opening day and weekend sales set records, solidifying its position as one of the highest-grossing films of that year.

This addition follows Netflix’s recent inclusion of other One Piece films in India, including “One Piece Film Gold” on January 15 and “One Piece Film Red” on December 15, 2023. The continued expansion of the anime catalog reflects Netflix’s commitment to providing diverse and engaging content for its subscribers in India.

Fans of the One Piece franchise can now enjoy these three films, immersing themselves in the captivating adventures of Monkey D. Luffy and his crew as they navigate the high seas in search of the ultimate treasure, the One Piece.
